Leah Sharibu: Get More Serious or Risk The Wrath of God – Church Warns FG
Months after Dapuchi school girls were kidnapped by suspected Boko Haram terrorists and returned save for one, Leah Sharibu, neither questions nor accusations directed to the Federal Government have slowed down as more people continue to question what efforts are being made with regards to reuniting kidnapped Leah Sharibu with her family.
A church in Makurdi, Benue State, NKST has renewed calls for the FG to “intensify efforts” at bringing Leah back home. This was done in a communiqué signed by the church’s president Dominic Anza.
In addition, topics ranging from collection of PVCs, refraining from corrupt practices, the country’s security challenges and the Abacha loot were also discussed.
While August makes it 7 months since Leah was kidnapped, the security challenges in the country remain a major talking point especially as the 2019 general elections continue to draw closer. The Bihari administration seem locked in for tough times ahead.
